About Us
Camp Fire Sunshine is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing enriching experiences for the youth in the Lakeland community. For over a century, we have been committed to offering afterschool programs, summer camps, and a teens in service program. Our mission is to foster leadership, creativity, and a sense of community in young individuals, while our vision is to create a supportive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

ASHLEY ROBERTS
Executive Director
Ashley Roberts serves as the Executive Director of Camp Fire Sunshine Council in Lakeland, Florida. With more than 20 years of nonprofit and leadership experience, she has overseen diverse teams, strengthened community partnerships, and expanded services that make a difference for youth, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Ashley is passionate about ensuring every young person has the support they need to discover their spark, lift their voice, and discover who they are.
