Clay Shoot Fundraiser – Event Details 🏆🎯

What to Bring:

Each participant must bring their own shotgun. 2 boxes of shotgun shells (7½ or 8 shot only)

 

Event Info:

BBQ dinner and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, alcohol is STRICTLY prohibited on the premises

 

Games & Extras:

Prizes50/50 RaffleTurkey Shoot

 

Team Format:Teams will consist of 4 shooters. All 4 team members will shoot at the same timeBecause of this, guns may NOT be shared between shooters; each participant must have their own shotgun.

Clay Shoot Fundraiser – Event Details 🏆🎯

Date: Friday, December 11, 2026

What Shooters Need:

  • 2 boxes of ammo per shooter

  • Eye protection

  • Ear protection

  • Because this is a night shoot, sunglasses will not be suitable eye protection

Night Shoot Experience:

  • Shooting takes place after sundown

  • Blacklights will illuminate the course

  • Glow-in-the-dark clays will be used throughout the shoot

  • Teams consist of 4 shooters

Schedule:

  • 5:00–6:15 PM: Dinner

  • 6:30 PM: Mandatory Safety Meeting

  • 6:45 PM: Shoot Begins

Please make sure all shooters are present in time for the mandatory 6:30 PM safety meeting.
